What is ICEBOX?

The ICEBOX is an all-immersive, interactive drive-through experience, a fun attraction for all. Expect various themed drives, theatrical stories and unexpected pop-up surprises along the way, all from the comfort of your car.



Where is the event located?

The event will take place at The MarqE, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.



Is there a limit on car sizes?

Strictly no cars larger than sedan cars and SUVs.



How are the car arrangements?

Vehicle arrangements are based on a first-come, first served basis according to the slot purchased.



How long is the experience?

The in car experience will go on for 15 - 20 minutes.



Can I take photos or record the experience?

We strictly do not allow any photography or videography during the immersive experience.



Are the passengers and the driver required to wear face masks?

Yes, all passengers and drivers have to wear face masks in compliance with the SOP order.



Is the In Car Experience compliant to the COVID-19 SOP

This experience will oblige with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) orders that relieve the danger of spreading the COVID-19.



Is there any limitation to the number of people in the vehicle?

We allow a maximum of 4-5 people per vehicle at all times in compliance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).



Is there any age restriction?

If you are experiencing the In Car Experience by yourself, the minimum age requirement is 18 and above Customers aged 8 - 17 will need to be accompanied by an adult. According to the SOP Compliance, Children who are 7 and under, senior citizens aged 60 and above are not permitted to enter. We advise against pregnant women and senior citizens above the age of 60 from entering as there will be scary imagery and sudden scares. All admissions into ICEBOX are at your own risk and discretion.



Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking or vaping is strictly not permitted on site. We request that you are respectful towards not only the safety of other guests, but to the performers and staff members throughout the event as well.



Will restrooms be available on site?

There will be portable restrooms available around The MarqE, KLCC.



What happens if I need assistance and/or need to make an emergency exit mid show?

Just honk your horn three times, and our crew will assist you!



Should I arrive earlier than my chosen time slot?

Yes, you are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your time slot selected.



Will there be strobe lights/sudden flashes of lights?

Yes, this experience contains sequences of sudden flashing lights which might affect customers who are prone to photosensitive epilepsy or other kinds of photo-sensitivities.



What are the dos and don'ts of the event?

DOS: - Do verbally communicate with the talent when they ask you questions to ensure the full experience is felt. DON’TS: - Do not physically interact with any of the talents in any way, this is to ensure SOP procedures are followed. - Do not drive faster than the permitted speed limit (5m/ph) and make sure your gear is in Park and your hand-brake is Engaged during each scene. - Do not disobey the traffic marshals before or after the event to ensure a smooth journey for not only yourself, but the other customers.



What is KARAK?

The nation's first all immersive drive-in kicks off with the first edition of ICEBOX, KARAK Haunted Highway. Infamous for chilling stories and spine tingling mysteries, KARAK presents a horror experience, a journey of unavoidable scares, all from the comfort of your own car.



How can I purchase the tickets?

1. Click Buy Tickets button.
2. Choose your Date.
3. Choose your Time Slot.
4. Select Quantity (1 ticket per car).
5. Checkout.
6. Fill up purchaser details and Payment Method.
7. Pay Now.
8. You will receive an e-ticket via your email, and you are DONE!



When is the event?

The event will be on 11 November 2020 - 22 November 2020, 11.30AM - 11.00PM.
